Quick & Easy Carmel Apple Cake
For The Crumb Topping
  1. Prepare a 9×13 inch cake pan and preheat the oven according to your boxed cake mix directions. (Please note – Add 15 minutes to your bake time)
  2. In a large bowl, prepare your cake mix as described on the package instructions and set aside
  3. Peel and core 3 apples, (discard core and peels) coarsely chop apple in small pieces and add to your cake batter mix
  4. Pour cake batter with apples to your prepared baking pan
  5. In a smaller bowl, prepare your crumb topping by mixing all ingredients with a fork until course and crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle evenly over cake batter and bake as directed – increasing bake time by 15 minutes

**Important – increase your bake time by 15 minutes for a 9×13 pan to ensure apples are cooked thoroughly and crumb topping is browned and not to moist.
