  1. Clean and chop your strawberries and place them into a medium size pan. Using a fruit and vegetable masher, crush the strawberries. Add water and gelatin.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Once the mixture boils, reduce heat to medium low, continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. Pour into clean jars of your choice. Allow to cool completely before putting a lid on your jars. You can store in your refrigerator for 1 week, or freeze to use at a later date.
